We are currently accepting applications for the 2011 - 2012 articling year. Applications should include a cover letter, resume, transcripts and undergraduate transcripts. Application deadline is May 21, 2010. We will be interviewing the first week of June pursuant to the Alberta Law Society Rules. Please send applications to the attention of Kelsey Becker Brookes or Sean Ward.

RMRF does not participate in the match program.  Interviews for articling students are held during the recruitment period as set by the Law Society of Alberta.  The Law Society of Alberta generally announces the dates for the recruitment period in January of each year and the recruitment period is normally the first two weeks in June.  Further information on the rules for student hiring can be found in sections 49.1 and 49.2 of the Rules of the Law Society of Alberta.

RMRF strives to provide an environment that enables articling students to complete their CPLED requirements while at the same time enjoying a productive articling experience. RMRF assigns lawyers who have specific expertise in each CPLED module to serve as a resource to students. As well, RMRF recognizes the time commitment that CPLED requires and gives articling students the opportunity to devote the time necessary to successfully complete the CPLED program
