John Paul has extensive experience in construction contracts, commercial financing, commercial real estate (including shopping centre developments) and the purchase and sale of businesses and companies. John Paul’s construction law practice involves providing advice to a large international general contractor in respect of construction contracts for a variety of projects including public-private partnerships (P3s) and large industrial projects. John Paul has provided advice on over fifteen P3 projects in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, and New Brunswick.
He has presented seminars on corporate, real estate and intellectual property issues to various groups.
