Kelsey carries on a general practice of law primarily focused in the areas of municipal law, civil litigation, and employment law. Kelsey also practices in the areas of estate litigation, and assists clients with dependent adult applications.She has also presented a number of seminars and has written many articles on these topics. Kelsey is particularly interested in the area of municipal elections and challenges to elections and has lectured extensively on the topic.
