| PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Rick carries on a practice of law which emphasizes the corporate/commercial area. He has had considerable experience in sophisticated domestic and cross border transactions of various kinds, including acquisitions, mergers, partnerships and business reorganizations, in addition to providing advice to businesses and health care corporations regarding ongoing contracts, credit issues, planning, technology and policy issues. He has been a frequent lecturer to business and professional audiences and has published several articles on corporate and commercial law. Rick is the author of a book on shareholders agreements, published by Carswell Books, and is presently working on a second edition. |
