Sheila carries on a general practice of law with an emphasis on municipal law, and administrative law. Sheila acts for a number of municipalities, school authorities, commissions and other authorities in areas of municipal government and services, planning and development, education administration, contracts and by-law enforcement. Her practice involves both litigation and non-litigation services. Sheila has appeared before numerous boards, the Court of Queen's Bench and the Court of Appeal.
