Julie carries on a general practice of law with a focus on administrative law, civil litigation, and estate litigation.
Julie acts for several professional associations and provides advice on regulatory issues and interpretation of legislation. Julie has experience as board counsel, and in prosecuting and defending professionals in disciplinary hearings. She has appeared before various tribunals, the Court of Queen's Bench and the Court of Appeal.
Julie also conducts a civil litigation and estate litigation practice. Her estate litigation practice includes challenges to wills, claims by dependents, and disputes among beneficiaries.
