Mark carries on a general corporate/commercial practice. His experience includes assisting both purchasers and vendors with respect to the purchase and sale of businesses and companies, incorporations and partnerships, commercial and residential real estate and financing.
Mark is a member of the firm's Construction Law Team and provides advice to both owners and contractors on various contracting issues. Mark has provided advice to contractors of public private partnership projects across Canada.
