Tamara Korassa and Breanne Schwanak Join the RMRF Partnership Group

Reynolds Mirth Richards & Farmer LLP is pleased to announce that Tamara Korassa and Breanne Schwanak have become Partners with the Firm.

Tamara carries on a general corporate / commercial practice of law with an emphasis on transactions. She has experience advising purchasers and vendors with respect to business transactions of various kinds including acquisitions, mergers, and business reorganizations. She has experience with incorporations and other general corporate work. Tamara has experience on the commercial side and advises clients with respect to commercial leases, sale of commercial real estate and commercial financing.

Breanne maintains a general practice, with a specific emphasis on utility regulatory proceedings and related matters. Breanne has appeared before the Alberta Utilities Commission on numerous occasions, intervening in utility rate cases on behalf of residential, small business and other end-use customers.
