Rick carries on a practice of law which emphasizes the corporate/commercial area. He has had considerable experience in sophisticated transactions of various kinds, including acquisitions, mergers, partnerships and business reorganizations, in addition to providing advice to businesses, health care corporations and education institutions regarding ongoing contracts, credit issues, planning, technology and policy issues. His experience spans both the for-profit and not-for-profit contexts. He has been a frequent lecturer to business and professional audiences and has published several articles on corporate and commercial law. Rick is the author of a book on shareholders agreements, now in its second edition.
