Mark carries on a corporate/commercial practice and is a key member of Reynolds Mirth’s Construction and Financial teams.

In his work with the Construction team, Mark has significant experience advising both owners and contractors with respect to various contracting issues, including structuring complex joint ventures and providing advice related to large construction projects. He has advised on dozens of public-private partnership (P3) social infrastructure projects throughout Alberta, across Canada, and in the United States. These projects include hospitals, penitentiaries, water treatment facilities, and transportation projects. Mark also has significant experience on projects delivered through Integrated Project Delivery contracts. He is a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America.

As a member of the firm’s Financial team, Mark regularly acts for banks, other lenders, and borrowers in a variety of loan transactions including commercial lending.

Mark also has significant experience advising clients on matters related to commercial real estate, including acquisitions and development. He also provides advice to both purchasers and vendors in the purchase and sale of businesses and companies, and has considerable experience providing advice respecting incorporations, general and limited partnerships, and joint ventures.
