Tamara carries on a general corporate / commercial practice of law with an emphasis on transactions. She has experience advising purchasers and vendors with respect to business transactions of various kinds including acquisitions, mergers, and business reorganizations. She has experience with incorporations and other general corporate work. Tamara has experience on the commercial side and advises clients with respect to commercial leases, sale of commercial real estate and commercial financing. Tamara also has experience assisting societies, non-profits and charitable organizations with drafting of objects and bylaws and with charitable applications.
Tamara is the author of the Alberta Corporation Manual, an annually-updated manual published by Thomson Reuters containing commentary on corporate law, departmental practice and procedure notes, and a collection of forms and precedents.
