Sheila’s practice focuses on municipal and administrative law. Sheila acts for a number of municipalities, school authorities, commissions and other authorities in areas of municipal government and services, planning and development, expropriation, education administration, contracts and bylaw enforcement. Her practice involves both litigation and non-litigation services. Sheila has appeared before numerous boards, the Court of Queen’s Bench and the Court of Appeal.
