Victoria joined RMRF as an associate in 2017 after completing her articles with the Firm. She has a growing practice that includes a few focus areas.
Victoria practices employment and labour law, assisting employers and employees in diverse industries to proactively avoid and address legal issues that arise in the course of the employment relationship. She also has experience assisting with employer-side labour relations. In addition to her work in this area, Victoria teaches employee and labour relations law to business and human resource management students at MacEwan University and Concordia University of Edmonton.
Victoria also practices administrative law, assisting regulatory bodies with collections, disciplinary hearings, and other regulatory concerns that arise.
In addition, Victoria is a member of the firm’s Municipal Law team, assisting municipal clients with a variety of issues, including enforcement matters and bylaw prosecutions.
Victoria maintains a robust litigation practice and has appeared before all levels of Court in Alberta.
When she is not in the office, Victoria likes to spend time in the Canadian Rockies, climbing up or skiing down mountains.
