Anthony’s practice is primarily focused on matters related to work and workplace. He generally advises in the areas of labour and employment, working for both employees and management. He has acted to impose and oppose interlocutory restrictive covenant enforcement on a number of occasions. In addition, he has assisted clients in shareholder disputes and resolving broader contractual issues. Anthony also advises municipalities in the enforceability and enforcement bylaws. In addition, he teaches courses in workplace law at MacEwan University.
