Todd acts for both companies and individuals and has successfully argued cases before numerous administrative tribunals, in all levels of court in Alberta, and before the Supreme Court of Canada.
In addition to his litigation practice Todd has practiced condominium law for nearly 20 years. He represents condominium corporations, managers, unit owners and developers on a breadth of matters including statutory interpretation, governance, bylaw drafting, and bylaw enforcement. He also draws upon his skills as a litigator representing clients in court proceedings ranging from court applications to trials and appeals. Todd’s depth of knowledge and experience has made him a sought after presenter and lecturer on condominium law and matters.
Todd sits on the board of the Canadian Condominium Institute (Northern Chapter).
