Todd carries on a general litigation practice with a particular focus in the areas of estate litigation, collections, and real property disputes; including landlord & tenant, commercial leasing, condominium development and management, and ownership disputes. He has argued cases before all levels of court in Alberta, as well as, the Supreme Court of Canada. He has experience before the Alberta Utilities Commission and before the Court of Appeal of Alberta responding to appeals arising from Decisions from that Commission. In addition, Todd also provides advice to clients on leasing, real estate transactions and condominium law, and management. He frequently teaches and presents at conferences and seminars on these topics.
Todd sits on the board of the Canadian Condominium Institute (Northern Chapter) and the Board of the Capital Region Housing Corporation.
